Heres the log but maybe its better to explain it.

Car got new 19ts 2 inch inlets and outlets

Basically my afrs and stfts spike at 2000 rpm and 40 to 50 load. Lean spool is off/disabled the regular spool fuel tables set to 14.7 ive also turned down the max spool to 500 rpm and it still does it

Ive added fuel in that area in scalar all the way up to 1.45 and still it leans out just in that one area that area seems to be when the turbos start spooling happens during cruise aswell if i hold it at 2000 rpm 50 load

Any advice is appreciated

Here is another log that shows it more clearly

Are ny load actual and req too close ? Is there any easy way to seperate them ?

Just to add, it doesnt happen for the first 65 secinds of a cold start when the engines running different vanos and timing settings

I havent moved the afrs around too much, on mine during cold start it doesnt happen (first 65 seconds). Which leads to me to believe its the vanos/ valve overlap thats causing it because the vanos uses different tables, initially I thought it was timing but I moved it around with no luck, I could just target 16afr in that area and be done with it but I want to know why. Theres tons of reports of n54s leaning out in that area but everyone discusses lean spool and spool mode but thats not the issue Im having

Probably is too much wastegate, i dont think is vanos related, just wgdc, when car is cold wgdc is lower

Just wanted to update you guys, I changed the vanos tables and reducing egr in that area somehow also reduced the lean condition I was experiencing...

Not sure why or how for that matter but its the first thing Ive tried that has had any effect on my problem. You would think more egr means less fuel.... If anyone can speculate whats happening I would be happy to hear it

I think you're on to something with less-overlap. Also are you targeting 14.7 afr during spool? Is that more of a n/a AFR . I would think you would be targeting closer to 12.8~12.6 [but I'm a beginner so please excuse any ignorance in my question].. #Salute

No, but i have spool maps and vanos maps tweaked, im looking if is something to do with pre control, i tried so far
Targeting 13.00 in afr, fuel scalar obviously
Vanos tweaks, spool enrichment also... and im testing precontrol, for me seems to work better but i cant tell you really if it works 100% because i dont have time to test it, i just drove the car with my grandma ( all good btw ) and cant really take logs and check it properly
Sry for my bad english

Hmm I tested pre control up and down got nowhere with it..Im pretty sure this is some dumb feature the dme has because as egr increases you should need less gas not more

So did you tried zeroing precontrol and lowering wgdc floor? Just for curiosity

When car is cold ( not necesary first 65 secs ) mine dosnt do the lean condition aswell
We have to keep looking for a fix i think
