My vote for HP650. Both HP650 and HP800 are around 3000usd.
I believe I will get under 7s 100-200 on petrol RON100 and octane booster, with HP650@24 psi.

I would personally go with the Hp800’s for my car. I feel as if I went with 600’s i would be running them on the ragged edge. Also is your car auto or manual? I ran consistent 7.3’s granny shifting with my last clutch with a little lower boost then I was running at the end.

If you're gonna do a ported head cams and valve train my vote is strongly the HP800s replace the rod bearings and rev to 8k.

I am manual. As you can see, there is a lot of room for improvement. I forgot to switch on DTC. I believe sub-7 is realistic even on 23psi. The log I am sending is at 23psi and nice timing, very slight pulls.
WGDC is 76% at 6500rpm. Thats why Trebila told me to dial 24PSI 🙃

edit: the driveability of these fast spooling turbos is great. I am afraid I would lose it with HP800. Also, it is interesting that my friend with chinese 19T does 100-200 in 9s at 23PSI. I think there is something to these Hydra Performance.

Is he running pump gas? Also hey your car is definitely making some steam for no ethanol.

Who would you recommend for head porting?
Id Still put a single turbo on it and call it a day. Speedtech is a capable kit just made over 1000hp
I'm thinking speedtech with a nice gen 2 garret for ultimate transient response, and quick spool.

VAC for N54 head porting or if you do the HP800s just get the N53 head ported and with the optimized/matched tuebofolds from Hydra. This is what I did.

Not yet ill end up porting a spare n54 head i have with .5 mm over size ferrea valvetrain and titanium retainers and ferrea valves. And do headstuds at the same time.Stock head revs out fine to 8k

7k in parts?!? What's all done to the head?
Port polish matched then custom tuebofolds, turbos, cams, purchase of head and valve train itself. Note I also did ancillary stuff like inlets and outlets custom fit to the snails. Then replacing worn timing components, all new lines bolts gaskets seals mounts valve cover... It adds up FAST.

I opted to replace anything and everything that even looked remotely sketchy or was a wear component while the engine was out.

Labor is more than parts too unless you have the spare time to do a huge job like this.

I can remove and install a single turbo kit in about 10 to 12 hrs really taking my time, its a lot simpler than twins.

Its really not that hard and it would be a lot easier with a top mount or LHD as we have steering rack issues.

Oh totally. 10-12 hours would take me over a month working every day though. Miss having free time to wrench.

We are in lockdown and the biggest hurdle is getting parts delivered which take 3 to 4 times longer than usual.

I'm working on 3 projects right now all held up by shipping delays.
