His new license will be mated to the VIN of the car when he is connected to it.

Got it. So all that is needed is a purchase of new licenses tied to the user's Google Play account. TY!

Easiest way around it is so you can sell mhd with your car is create a gmail account using your 5 digit vin as the email and purchase mhd with google play cards
this way you can sell it with your cars, but you cant do that now as your mhd licence is not transferable.

Remember we were on the Cobb train then MHD came out so it was basically a take my money situation.
