Okay, actually I don't think you should be able to share a Private log. I can't remember all the reasons for this, but you will need to set it to Unlisted, then you may share it. It will then be visible to them under the "Shared datalogs" section:

Ok thanks. Thing is, if I send someone an unlisted log without adding their name, they can see it. And they can forward it to others who would be able to see it which makes it not private haha.

So I was thinking private would be the correct one to click.
