@mike@maximumpsi just posted up some slips which appear to be an F chassis record of 9.35@151. The next move appears to be @DOC_Race and a pair of GTX 3076's.

When i made the comments on the inferiority of the n54 to the s55 and newer chassis revision.This is the type of performance numbers i was referring to.3-4 years and its sniffing 8s

Unbelievable, S55's will be in the 8's by end of the year. Can't wait to make the switch over to that platform.

Nothing wrong with the N54 or n55 platforms. Send us a car and the right amount of money and we could have similar results. You could more than cover the N54 build costs with just the vehicle purchase of an F80 or F82

the cost to reward is far better with an f80. 40k into the n54 gets a not very streetable car. And its 8-12 years old. Did you guys strip out the interior? Or have to swap out to a power glide? A low 10s f80 looks to be the sweet spot to bmw looks and speed

You definitely don't need a gutted E9X to run a low 10 second pass. No, I have not done it, however we have with E30, E36, E46, and F8X, so I can tell you it is easily achievable with the right part selection.

No. Previous F8X record was 9.47@149 by us. My 6 speed/IRS record still stands at 8.94@164mph. Boris holds the overall/IRS at 8.41@16Xmph with his white turbo E30.
