Hey I have a 2008 335xi automatic. I just git what I thought was every thing I need for the swap. But now I’m not so sure. Do I need new front and rear axles? I can’t find any answers anywhere about this.

You shouldn't need new axles as they are not connected to the transmission at all and run through the oil pan. You may need a different driveshaft but I'm almost positive you don't need a rear driveshaft. I manual swapped my RWD E92 and all I needed was a trans, the pedals, and a shifter.
