LS3 6.2 Swap in E92 M3 - electronics

One of my sons is LS3 swapping an E92 M3. I've been asking questions that haven't gotten many answers. He is going to be using a Holley system, and I know that Holley has a BMW Canbus module. Is anyone aware of threads where someone has documented a really clean install, electronics-wise? By that I mean that everything works, and modules are not left in the car because the conversion couldn't be figured out. Thanks!

I know the Colorado n5x boys have a tech who's uses the holley stuff and they make is come out clean with no engine lights on the dash and everything works

I know there are some clean builds (I've heard) ... but I've not found anything online - which I suspect there may be some good places to look, I've just not found them. And Facebook Group hunting isn't really my thing.

What I've done for customers with LS swaps that want a custom cluster but no errors in the cluster is simply remove the leds for the warning icons they want gone. It can be done for the lcd screen as well.

So .... great question ... not sure. Initially NA ... motor is apart so bottom gets gone through and forged pistons. My opinion is , much over 500whp one starts to get to the limits of the chassis/suspension ... and he knows my opinions ... but he's a big boy lol ... and he'll decide. Round 1 is NA. He's got a 2003 Mini Cooper S that was he father-in-law's since new. Loaded from factory with 2 piece BBS and such. 100k miles and we've run through much of that ... usual refresh, fluidampr, Mfactory helical LSD, uprated clutch, intercooler decat, exhaust, and such. He sold a very clean E93 335is to do the LS3 E92. He's had a couple other BMWs .... a nut in the making.
