Load over Target ECU does not care

My boost target does not seem to drop with the load target going down most of the time.
Load is way over target, but there is not throttle closure and boost target stays up.

Are other experiencing the same issue?
What could be the reason for that behavior? Maybe the boost oscillations?

It's one of the bugs in MHD, they have a logic mod that alters the way load is calculated which causes that and the strange step change in boost target you are seeing. It's one of the main reasons I made my own app for flashing. It's even worse at part throttle, that's why in a lot of tunes you often see the same boost target at half throttle as full throttle.

You can work around it by reducing the boost limit multiplier or load limit factor.

Thanks carabuser, that is helpful and definitely saved me a couple of revisions.
Not ready to give up self-tuning yet, but you would be my preferred tuner for sure.

Is it possible this only happens with higher load targets?
I did not see the issue until I started raising Load Target > 180.

If lower loads are not affected... scaling the tune could be an option too I guess.

Wonder if MHD+ is using the same flawed logic?
