This was with bucketed 450 and and E50 mix, right? So in that sense the added flow capacity of the 535 over the 450 (25-30% more) + 100% E85 should work I guess...
I’d think so, my original 450 setup was with a modified stock bucket, I’d consider it bucketless basically.

"Bucketless" 450 flows about the same as 535... Anyway, if I'm OK around 550hp/25psi with 450 and E45, I guess 100% E85 requires ~20% more flow with the same power level which is less than 535 upgrade provides (25-30%). I was just thinking if adding secondary with hobbs (535 main + 450 secondary) if triggering 21-22psi is possible? That would have a lot of headroom. I have a trackmap that has less boost around 20psi and then that should be sufficient for 535 with headroom, however all the hobbs switches I see are 15psi. Or has someone made the hobbs system with on/off switch (you could turn the secondary off for track use)?
