Hey, everyone. My names Dimitris, I'm one of the other beta testers for Propulsive Dynamics. I'm new to this forum, been on this platform for 3 years now just about.
I'm a SoCal native, hailing from Downey, CA. I own a restaurant in Montebello, CA where we hosted a premeet for Bimmerfest which some of you may remember. Because of the restaurant though, getting on here and making informative and in depth detail posts will be difficult for me, especially now during the winter time when we're the busiest. I'll try to chime in and provide details as much as I can when time provides.
Here is my current setup on the car;

Tune:
MHD Flash running 100% e85
Currently in the process of retuning and dialing in the car a process which @CKI and I are going through right now.
On OTS BEF car made 627@27PSI in 92*/26%Humidity ambient temps at 105*IAT.
25psi made 624 24psi made 620. Heat soak was killing the dyno runs so we estimate it was at a little over 680 if we dynoed in current temps.
Since Chris and I are working on tuning everything timing has been dumbed down a lot so estimate currently putting down 560 or so.
I don't have any solid data to provide right now, but the shifts are amazing. Driveability is smooth, crisp. Shifts are akin to an AMG shift.
Here is a copy/paste from my initial reports when I first installed the trans.
"Keep in mind I am going easy still even though adaptation process is complete, I want this to be running as smoothly as possible before going full retard on the turbo side.
1) Very noticeable change in shift dynamic.
-Roll in on second from a stop isn't as sloppy from stock trans, requires more pedal input to start rolling
-Shifts are buttery. Fluid. There seemed to be a power loss on the stock trans at upshift, Where you'd notice power drop then jerk forward. No longer..these shifts occur so quickly that you almost don't even notice the shift.
2) Change in low gear behavior
-1st/2nd have a completely different feel. As do all gears really, doesn't feel like the trans is in a constant state of slip anymore. But low gear pull is completely different. Did map 1 WOT pull in 2nd and damn near blew my tires off cause all they wanted to do is spin. (Normally had at 15psi to KEEP traction).
3) Change in the exhaust note
-Not that this may matter to anyone, but it's something I noticed. Exhaust note has significantly changed. Probably due to the fact there's increased load throughout the system. Couple upshifts from 2->3 have had a sound similar to that of a DCT fart, very interesting to say the least. Lol.
4) Change in how the trans behaves when placed into park
-When being placed into park the car barely moved forward or back, even when on an incline. Stock would have very noticeable play. Does this make a difference? Maybe to some, my car is fairly low so for me it's a big deal when parking I don't continue moving into the curb if I get too close. (Yes I always e-brake)
These are just some early changes for you guys. Everyday driving scenario. I put about 30 miles mostly normal driving yesterday so information will keep coming as I continue to drive and get everything worked in. Then I'll be creating a new thread with some review info, real world application, rolling/standing/etc with videos, logs, and GoPro footage.
Before then, I'll add to this thread as I slowly acclimate everything.
Cheers!"
Since then, I have put in quite a few miles, as well as numerous logs. Which I'll talk to Chris and find which good ones out of the bunch are and post up more intricate details of everything. I have been so swamped with the restaurant I don't have much to provide besides my personal experience and those. I have my vbox setup, still trying to figure out how to use the vbox sport. More pics, video, logs, and graphs to come. Hope this holds you guys over till I can accommodate things at work.
Best,
Dimitris
