Along the lines of a separate shampoo and conditioner, I found it best to have separate products to do the cleaning and the protecting.

Dash/Plastics/Vinyls - Cleaning: Meguiars APC 10:1 dilution, Protecting: Meguiars Natural Shine
- I buy the APC concentrate by the gallon, stuff lasts forever and I can mix endless bottles for the car and house. Also helps clean the fabric headliner/visors/pillars but I spray directly to the towel to be safe it doesn't soak through. Natural Shine gives it a clean matte finish, smells nice, and not greasy to the touch when applied evenly.

Leather - Cleaning: Lexol Leather Cleaner, Protecting: Sonax Leather Foam
- Lexol for a good safe cleaning, and Sonax leaves a proper matte finish. I will be trying Leatherique come spring to restore the leather even further.

I use einzeitt for the rubbery surfaces and plastic - has a uv protectant and keeps the matte finish. Very good product! For the leather I use Wolfgang leather on it. Leaves a very pleasant smell and has a uv protectant as well as moisturizers for conditioning the leather.
