INPA error 100?

I downloaded the bimmergeeks version and I used it and it work just fine until I rebuilt my motor. I only unplugged my engine wiring harness and my DME.

I need to set the injector values (I have done this before) but when I get to the cylinder 1 screen, I get an immediate error, error 100. I click continue script. Another blank error window appears. I close that and try to continue but INAP wont set any values.

I also cannot purge my coolant, nothing happens.
My BT cable cant read anything either.

I bet these faults are all related.

100 is a comm error? Com port set to the correct number of the ini (probably 1)? Latency set to 1?
