Help me reach 600whp on upgraded twins without E85.

A large single could do it but I doubt that is what you mean.
Proof is coming soon. Maybe not 600whp but definetly 580+whp on 92/93 octane or 98RON.
The N54 head was not designed for high boost (15+psi) nor was it designed for 6000+rpms. Just because it can see 30 psi does not mean that is was a good design to work with. The N54 exhaust ports are terrible and produces allot of backpressure and pumping loss.
FWIW a customer's car here did 610whp STD @ 21psi on 98RON with no meth a couple months back. 100whp/cyl on pump gas isn't too much to ask for if you have a moderately efficient overall setup. Plenty of >400whp 4G63s and 4B11s out there with upgraded turbos (several on stock cams mind you) running straight 93oct. Just my 0.02c...
So anyways with the bucketless stage 2 pump inbound I'm a bit worried driving it up north on mountain roads really fast... How full should I keep the tank in this case ?
Realistically speaking, Race fuel isn't actually needed for 600whp on the turbos he is going use. it can definitely be done on pump 93 and meth. or if he had some 95oct pump gas available it'd get him close.
Skip chargepipe injection because its just not ideal. Go with my direct port setup for meth. (or any of the many others now offered). For the 600whp goal, he'd only need 175ml nozzles. Nice atomization, even distribution, and brings the octane up plenty to safely stay at that power. You want more? i have nozzles up to 675ml, lol. Not needed though.
So, in short. Direct Port Meth with 93oct and 175ml Nozzles for 600whp. or 95-100oct pump for 600whp.
So no port injection needed ? stock fueling ( obviously upgraded lpfp ) + port meth should be good enough ?
How do your tunes work? U add it on top of jb4? Whats the typical cost for what I need?
Do you have the JB4? i saw in your original post you said you sold it. You dont need the JB4 to run meth. I can tune you flash only with my meth controller, or do a backend with the JB4. Unless you have a really happy dyno 600whp on 93 alone is asking for problems.
93 and charge pipe meth is the easiest and most cost effective if no E85 is available.

You can hit your goal using non oxygenated race gas like c16 but know that leaded gas will cause your 02 sensors to die quicker but that’s what’s FCP euro is for

Is it possible to completely get rid of the post cat o2 sensors ? I think mine are not good anymore and I don't see what their use is on catless downpipes.
There is much debate about them. In most cars they are only for catalyst efficiency, but jyamona (one of the main DME developers) has stated that they do influence afrs, even if only ever so slightly. Some people have removed them without issue, but it is recommended to keep them and just disable the code for it in mhd.
