English translated INPA by BimmerGeeks

Who has tried this thing out? @BimmerGeeks!

Phase 1(of many) of the english Inpa translation has been uploaded.
All error codes with the exception of a few modules have been translated & some of the page scripts have been cleaned up for all E81, E82, E84, E87, E88, E89, E90, E91, E92 & E93 chassis.
The original download is still in place and available, the translated version is clearly marked in the Standard Tools link.

If your already using the initial release, simply replace the EC-APPS, EDIABAS & NCSEXPER folders in your C drive with the 3 folders from the from the download.

I tried to download it a few seconds ago. It requires an unzip. Then i realized i had to download winzip... which sucks. I nope'd out.

So I realized it was a .7z extension. Thats a lot better than winzip so im trying it again

So I was able to get the programs installed. Only problem was it doesnt like to connect and keeps dropping connection. I keep getting error #28

I think when you unzip it, there will be both inside.

If you say so, just downloaded this 10/12

Weird. I go to bimmergeeks.net, click on links, click on standard tools, it brings me to a Mega page with one file that was last updated 9/24. I downloaded it and the English version is not inside.

It was in a chat on his website that I can't look back to so I don't want to misquote him but I believe he said there was a minor issue.

We had a few discoveries. During the re-assembly process, the jobs are removed for some reason. So while error txt are in English, coding injectors or performing any other job doesn't work.

The only work around right now would be to have 2 ediabas folders in the C drive. One containing English error readouts, the other containing all jobs with German error text. Whichever you want to use, have that folder labeled ediabas and the other something else like ediabas1.

We're working on a solution.
