After my custom Vband bottom mount kit its time for something new. Bottom mount, short runner T4 twinscroll manifold for Borg Warner EFR7670 turbo. Manifold is 95% ready.

Its custom made for my car. Manifold could be made again without the car, but my fabricator is very slow and dont respect any terms, so if somebody wants one have to be very patient. The manifold is simple by first sight, but it isnt. Its not just from tubes and elbows, but from different shells and segments, shaped to match together. As you can see, the tubes from 1st and 6th cylinders expand their diameter like a funnel to the T4 flange, no by reducer tube.

That is a beautiful manifold, congrats! Looking forward to seeing what it'll do. What are you shooting for?

About o2 sensors, like i said its 95% ready. They will be mounted below the gates, before the flange. I am not shooting for big numbers, because here we only have pump gas and i dont dont want to bother with mixing with ethanol spirtus or inastaling port meth and etc. I am looking for low end torque and response.

At first we thought to copy ACF bottom mount, but after i go through many logs from speedtech, CES, Motiv and other bottom mount short runner kits, and have in mind what stock N55 manifold could do and that the stock manifolds are short runner i decide do it. And i think its better design then some other peoples logstyle tubular manifold where runners hit 90deg straight into the big pipe. So actually i am pretty sure design is pretty good. And in a matter of fact those are not only pipes and elbows, but many segments matched together perfectly and then polished and the diameter expands itself all the way to the T4 flange. I told my welder i want a shortrunner bottom .oiunt and he tried do it the best way possible. He dont want to show me pictures from the building process like with my old manifold because he dont want to show his way of building it. Ill ask him again, but at the end we will see the results and i dont want to sell it to anyone so the props and cons will be for me.

I'm just messing with you. Your fabricator is very talented to say the least from your first manifold he built. This one is fantastic as well, the flow and smoothness of it looks great.

Manifold looks great, your fabricator did a very nice job! One design suggestion for simplification would be to simply run one wastegate in the center. If the feed from each bank is kept divided up to the WG flange, twinscroll functionality will remain intact.

That was the first thing i was intended to do, but then decide to do it with two wastegates. My drift car manifold is twinscroll with one WG.

Can you explain the reasoning for this?

If you like wg scream, a single short dump is pretty noisy.
