Diesel are simple just put an inline water separator as diesel and water separates easily.

there is no octane meters that work like the E analysers, they are quite bulky.
It would be good to put some in a jerry can and test it and see how honest the operator is.

I did some recon on the Oktis-2 and in every case that I saw, it read the same value (incorrectly) regardless of fuel. The video you linked shows it reading 110 while testing 91 octane. Another test I saw had it read 99 no matter what fuel was used.
