So this morning coming home from work and hard driving on nice empty roads car suddenly died, LPFP ~20psi crank no start, rail pressure identical. No useful codes found despite a mountain of HPFP codes and once car sat/cooled for about 1h it fired right up again. Suspicious.
Was still on the factory EKPM3 at 120k miles and happened to have an EOS BPM4 single pump PNP kit sitting in my bench figured time was now.
Here's my install, plan to tape/secure all wiring but tried to use as many of the OE cable routings as possible to make it OEM+. I'm really impressed by the quality of the kit, OEM connectors, custom EKP harness mounts, and gauge of all the wiring. Really. Wow.
Wired up flawlessly to my single bucketed 535.
Yeah, that's an Antigravity Restart battery in there. Figure the heft of the BPM4 will add a bit of weight back to the rear end HA!
Runs fine and first log has LP sitting nailed down on 72psi, almost zero oscillation which is quite different.
