I need some advice from those who have experimented. I'm trying to get a light weight pair of rims for the rear on the widest tire I can get in there. I'm not sure on what offset and size combined with tire width, size and height I can go with. I currently run a 275/35/18 Riken Raptors, on some heavy 18' x 9.5" Advanti rims . I'm not sure on my offset in the back, but I do know I have some spacers back there as well. I get slight rub on dips. I have been told before that 17" ARC 8's are pretty light. Mayeb thats a start.
I'd be interested in the 15" conversion but I haven't found much info on it. Does anyone know of a DIY thread I could take a look to see if its something I could entertain?
