I was with a customer on the dyno dialing his car in for Shift Sector next weekend.

Basic mods:
BMS Jb4, BMS PI controller, BMS/MHD E85 BEF
Doc Race 6266
Fuel-it Stage 4 FPR system Full e85
Phoenix Racing PI Intake Manifold
Phoenix Racing E Race Intercooler
Spec Stage 3+ w Mfactory SMFW

We weren't going for any records, but it was very close. Car made 765whp at 32psi with only 8* timing! I think we could have got it to 800whp easily IMO.

Ghassan been sending a stock motor to the moon with a 72mm borg and 8,000 rpm, just put down 829 whp on a dynocom iirc. But obviously not the best for longevity.

I never gone that high in the RPM, maybe 7500 on stock head. I have pushed above 40psi on stock motor.
Don't forget I did 835whp in 2015 on a 6870 with my own car. :)

I remember lol. In general how would you say the stock head likes being revved that high? Any issues?

I'd like to know as well. Is it safe to rev to 7200-7500 RPM on stock head with no modifications?

You have to worry about valve float from not only high rpm but also high boost. That’s why 8k rpm plus High boost is a recipe for blown stock motor
