Is the top down for center of gravity?

I guess so, I've always autocrossed with the top down -- you're required to have your windows down on the track, so the top is just a giant parachute if you don't put it down. I just had it up for the first session while it was really wet on the track and then took it down as the course dried up

love your car! I think mine and yours are close to the same minus the 1M front bumper and fenders. Which brings me to my question for you: I have been on the fence about doing the 1M front swap because I didn't want the front to look wider and thus overpower the look of the rear tires/fenders. I have done all the 1M/M3 suspension bits swap so I was just curious how the front looks when looking at the car from the rear and how the rear looks when looking at the car from the front. All in all, I LOVE the profile shot of the 1M front with the top down and I swear, that almost has me sold.
