Hey ! Was referred to you for an emissions tune. I have a 2010 135i single turbo. Just let me know how you need to proceed. Thank you !Putting a formal thread up on here as a lot of people seem to ask about passing inspection. @doublespaces gave me permission, so for any admins I apoligise if this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it as we didn't discuss the post location.
My tunes are different to other offerings out there since I have full access to all the tables. Things like torque ramp rates are adjusted to make the car feel more or less responsive depending on customer requirement (Over and above what the "1M" throttle changes achieve), the full exhaust model is corrected for catless cars so that the exhaust pressure correction and catalyst diagnostic routines continue to function correctly. I also bring over updates from newer ROMs into the older vehicles like injection window timing and boost control changes. The focus is on driveability for my tunes, so no boost surge or unpredictable partial pedal response like other tuners.
MHD Custom Tunes:
Stock turbo: $400
Hybrid turbo: $450
Single Turbo: $550
CAFlash Custom Tunes (no MHD+ functionality):
Tunes are flashed with the CAFlash Android App, no license required so if you don't already have MHD this will save you money. This application uses a custom logic section and will not feature any MHD+ functionality.
Stock turbo: $400
Hybrid turbo: $450
Emissions tune: (Any turbo, stock, hybrid or single): $200
This is a stock power map that will ensure all required readiness monitors pass along with the CVN numbers matching the stock file. This will even allow single turbo users with the single bank modification to pass. No mechanical changes are needed to the car, so it saves you the hassle of a DPFix or swapping out exhausts.
Customers will get access to my app on the Google Play store for free so there is no additional cost other than the tune itself. I've been using my own app and logic now for a few years as I didn't like how the car drove with MHD so I put the effort into making my own.
This app will allow you to flash DME (Supports MHD WiFi adapter or USB cables), data logging, code reading and clearing and readiness monitor reading (To check all monitors are complete before inspection).
Also allows an optional EWS bypass for people needing a DME swap and don't want the hassle or expense of cloning the DME.
If interested, drop me a PM on these forums.

So I can wait for my Hp800 with N53 head set up and try you out.You can only see the app once you are added onto the customer list. It's done using play store IDs, I just keep it in closed testing so that I can restrict it for customers only.
I might produce some kind of OTS map in future and just make it a normal app with a small purchase fee, but for now the only people that can flash with it are customers with custom files from me.
Not at the moment, but I get asked that quite a bit.@carabuser Do you tune N55's
1. You won´t find a better tuner on this platform. So I can wait for my Hp800 with N53 head set up and try you out.![]()
This is what I love to hear. I decided to maintain stock cams. What are your thoughts on low compression pistons. aka 9.5cr , I was thimnking of going low compression forged pistons1. You won´t find a better tuner on this platform.
2. What cams will you be running?
