Here's what i did when I installed my sharps intake manifold. A good trick to get the stock line off the fittings without cutting it is to heat it with a lighter or butane torch for a couple seconds and you'll be able to pull it right out.

I'm not even sure which line that is exactly, connects to the throttle body or something right? When I get under there I'll check it out. I have an RB pcv kit that uses a barb instead of the normal position so I'm not sure what goes where yet as i haven't investigated it. Once my subframe is back in ill start messing with the other engine stuff, don't trust this engine brace.

He's referring to the hard plastic line tucked under brake booster in this pic (normally rotated to TB)

Yup. The fuel tank vent requires vacuum, and that port is post-blade on the TB... so T-ing it off with the intake manifold port that would normally go to BOV is what I chose to do. The fuel tank vent assembly is normally mounted to the oem intake manifold with a rubber hanger of sorts. Hard to miss. It's ugly, and I wish I could delete the whole thing.

Thanks. I poked around a bit and see what is going on I think. I'll cut the stock brake booster hose off when I take off my manifold as it will be easier to access the vacuum pump side.

While you're there... I highly recommend tapping the intake manifold for a NPT fitting to match the BOV, if you haven't already, to reduce flutter. Then, use a vacuum cap on the fuel tank vent and T- off the fuel tank vent line with the new intake manifold line. You're going to want a vacuum block if you don't already have one, bring everything into that. You end up with a very clean engine bay, specially if you are going with braided vacuum lines.

Why did you cap the fuel tank vent on the intake manifold and T it off to the brake booster line?
What is the benefits of doing this?

Fuel tank vent line was popping off the throttle body at 35psi. Fuel tank vent line requires vacuum to not throw codes. Also, I Teed it off with the new intake manifold nipple I made, not the brake booster line. I didn't want to alter the vacuum routing.

Tried looking for the elbow separately but couldn't find it.anyone know where I can pick one up?did find the 45 degree fitting under manifold.instead of cutting up the stock line want to make a new separate line.
