When you lower a street car for track use, you change the geometry and this change results in a loss of mechanical grip. You have a lower center of gravity and that is more important than the grip loss that occurs, but with this kit, you can have your cake and eat it too! Developed in 2006 when we first began running Touring Cars, this kit is well proven and will drop lap times noticeably.
The BimmerWorld Spherical Front Race Arm Conversion raises your roll center and restores your front suspension geometry that has been compromised from lowering for track or race use. These parts replace the factory rubber-jointed thrust arm, front control arm, and tie rod ends with precise machined components. Spherical rod ends arms allow your suspension to move freely without binding, and precisely even when loaded to maintain your desired toe and camber settings. These must be used with actual race coil overs with limited droop travel.
Spherical Front Race Arm Conversion features:
  • 100% machined and anodized, 6061-T6 lightweight aluminum arms
  • Extremely durable Aurora professional race-quality spherical rod ends
  • Lighter than stock
  • Bolt-on installation - No spindle modifications necessary
  • Easy to adjust
Priced per set of six arms, all spacers, bearings, and hardware.
Must be used in conjunction with racing coil overs with limited droop travel. Street coil overs (KW, Bilstein, etc) have too much droop in the suspension which can cause the rod ends to bind.
Made in the USA
