Can you provide more information on your oil cooler setup?
I put in a couple of ebay radiators, 19 row (if i recall). an10 in series. The splitter and end plates increased the cooling significantly, I was hitting nearly 295 oil temp in the mountains now I cant get it over 250

now I have oil pressure issues to resolve, high G left turns are not good

May I present this amazing thread from @Bnks334 ?

So much great info in there as well as plenty of track data. @Asbjorn chimes in with plenty of help as well. :)

I've already read that thread and that's a n55 which has quite a bit more room over on that side of the engine

Can confirm, especially trail braking into left hand turns is an issue. Long braking zones also an issue. Accusump is the only solution that is known to work. I have tried several revisions of semi-drying my oil sump as well as baffling it. None of it makes much of a difference. Now I just avoid tracks with many left hand turns all together. My rod bearings did not look too bad when I replaced them though.

i measured it a few years ago, there is around 5mm difference in where the middle disc thing is located between ftp and bms, the spring doesnt do shit
oem flipped around doesnt open the ports completely

just get a proper external oil thermostat and an oil cooler upgrade

you can have the Mosselman thermostat that starts opening at 85C. Together with 2 19row Setrabs I am happy.
