Anyone install a 335is OEM clutch here?

Looking into installing a 335is clutch and was wondering if the kit fits our cars. I have noticed my clutch slipping (car has 43K and is FBO) and would like to keep the OEM feel. I like the fact there is an OEM option out there in the 335is kit. I am assuming the clutch kit fits our cars but just want to get some opinions before ordering it. I see ECS does not list it for our cars but I am assuming they forget about our Z4s.

I am hoping to re-use the dual mass flywheel as I am not a fan of the "rocks in a tin can" sound the singe mass flywheels produce. I know it is not recommended but if it is still in good shape and not too scorned I will got for it. I am reading that a raised idle (via MHD) and different trans fluid can lower the sound but still on the fence about taking the chance. Thoughts?

Also, does anyone recommend a short throw shifter? Would like to have a shortened throw but do not want a notchy shifter in doing so.

So while I'm not a Z owner, I put a 335is kit on my 335i and can tell you the following:
* I was able to reuse my dmfw with no issue.
* The clutch pedal feels the exact same as far as weight
* The engagement has more bite but feels VERY oem
* Maybe I suck at downshifting but I feel it's harder to do smoother downshifts now compared to "stock"

Overall, definitely recommend it. No chatter, no raised rpm, no smfw needed, oem feel, holds at 500wtq.

It will fit.

That clutch is really not an upgrade. If you don't plan on maxing out the stock twins or ever upgrading them it should be ok. I know people say it's an upgrade over oem but there are enough people who have blown through them in short time that I would be warry.

Idle raised to 900 and redline fluid and I have no rattles spec smfw spec 3+ with AC on. Before the raised idle the noise sucked. It sounded broken. It does not drive like anything close to stock. But you could easily daily it. It is a tiny bit annoying in massive traffic.

Edit: as far as a ssk I have the full uuc kit with dssr. I like it, it is notchier than stock but I have firm motor mounts and firm tranny mounts which might attribute a bit. I really know when it is in gear which I like. It does not drive like stock. Would I do it again? Yes, or get one of those fancy tall ones. I have no experience with the lesser expensive ssks on the market. I think the uuc is the most expensive unfortunately.

I think the $42 question is, will the 335is clutch hold up to your use scenario? Doing the clutch once (instead of twice) would be nice. Some people are harder on clutches than others. The fact that you're is gone at 43k could indicate that you may do better with a more than adequate solution. To the point above, also consider if you have more mods in your future. You really don't want to go in there twice.

I'm also running the UUC shifter on my Z4 and like it (per above). Way easier to do when the transmission is out. If you don't want the shifter, do replace all the wearable bushings in the OE shift assembly. If the trans is coming out, I'd consider installing Rogue transmission bushings, which are beefier rubber (not polyurethane!). I am still at stock clutch on my Z4 @ 30k and FBO last 7k. No issues but I'm gentle on the clutch. I have a Motiv Twin Disc clutch on the shelf waiting to go in, but I'm moving to ethanol and turbos, so the stock clutch doesn't stand a chance. The one Motiv clutch I tried seemed quite reasonable in behavior. I'll run Royal Purple Synchromax to help keep things quiet and improve cold shifts.
