The 535 have some different fitments on the inlet, outlet, mounting tabs, and relocation brackets for the aux cooler. Its nice to see some E6x love:

Also, they have what appears to be a new billet top hat for the 335/135 folks and they have dumped the bucket and went with some hydramats, driver side mounted with full 3/8" to 8AN feed line and is modular for return with FPR or stock style deadhead. This appears to be a specialty item so they may be willing to make more:

Do the mats completely reach the bottom? How much for the fuel setup or at least the top hat? Can it be used in stock location?

Yes!! Finally, a proper fuel pump top hat. A return system with proper size fuel line is well needed, and we'll no longer have to use the small quick disconnects.

Also, with these fuel lines, are three fuel pumps really necessary? I see some people running three and I'm trying to figure out why.

It's about .375" from the bottom. No price as it's just for the guys out of fuel right now. Left side only.

You do know I've had a billet hat for almost 3 years now right?

People are adding a 3rd pump because the current twin pump systems aren't very good.

This two pump setup with supplied controller flows over 215gal/hr @ 90psi and 260gal/hr @ 80psi (almost 100gal/hr over the current twin walbro E-series ots kits on the market) :)

Never on the website. It's was just for the guys trying to make over 750hp (limit of the ots stg3 at the time).

I like the new hat design. Much cleaner than the old version. Would it be possible to replace 8AN feed with a 10AN instead?

The feed thread in the hat is 8AN and currently uses an 8an oring to 8an swivel 90* fitting. That fitting come be replaced with a 8an oring to 10an male swivel 90* to connect to the 10an hose. Hole in the hat would still be 8AN though.

Also, height is a concern and a jump to 10AN may keep the stamped steel door lid from seating.

Andy, do you have test results showing this? Just curious, we have a testing station here in house, and two walbro 450's is 2 walbro 450's. Yes you can get flow variance by swapping around QD fittings, to -6, -8 etc, but now where near 100 lb/hr difference. As for guys (Eric) looking to go -10 unless you are shooting for over 1000WHP don't bother. We run triple Walbros in parallel triggered at different boost levels with triple -6's to a single -8, back to triple -6's to feed things. We are over 850WHP, LPFP doesn't budge. We are putting -10 feed in our race car, but we plan over 1000WHP for that one.

Andy I believe you are saying Gallons/Hr here not Lb/hr. If so you are saying two walbros are making 984LPH (260GPH) at 80 psi. I have documented testing on our test stand of two walbros at 72 psi with direct -6's coming out of them making 510 LPH or 135 GPH, and triples making 660LPH or 174GPH. If you remove the pressure, and do no pressure testing. The numbers jump to 780LPH (206GPH), and 960LPH (253GPH). So you are saying that two Walbro 450's at 80 psi are flowing more than three 450's at 0 PSI. This isn't possible. I think the numbers must be getting skewed by the units being used or something.

@Tony@VargasTurboTech Yes, total typo on units. It is in gal/hr, not lbs/hr. I have fixed the original post.

The values are accurate though and I do have data, but am not sharing publicly while it's still just being tested and not for sale.

I think you missed a key part of the description that will clear things up...

"This two pump setup with supplied controller flows over 215gal/hr @ 90psi and 260gal/hr @ 80psi (almost 100gal/hr over the current twin walbro E-series ots kits on the market) :)"

Is the intercooler high density? Also what is the hp rating on it?

650hp. Same as our proven 135 and 335 intercooler.

I dig the fuel setup, simple & functional. No float == non-functional fuel gauge?

Fuel sender is still used, just not pictured.

So I guess we forget about the completely wrong PCV fittings, and how you've been treating that other customer who posted here a week or two ago?

That this forum still supports you is crazy to me.

Are you referring to this guy?

Because if we don't allow dicks here, I am pretty sure many people wouldn't be allowed to post, especially you lol. You have 34 negative ratings and that comprises about a third of your post feedback:

We have an entire thread dedicated toward issues you have mentioned I've not heard any issues about his intercoolers, which is what this particular thread is about, I have no other opinion.

No offense, but did you even read that thread? The very first few paragraphs deal with his incorrectly machined intercoolers. And then there's how many more posts about his shit quality control, and shit customer service?

Ya, I'm a dick, I'll own that. But I'm not here fucking my customers either.
