Fuck man that's too much to hold of anyone's money. Even a high yield acount can make you 5 beans on that in a year easily a g if you do couple smart sign on bonuses. Vendors should be forced to return double prime on any money they hold for no reason.

Took me about a month to get it but I got my money back from him. PayPal dispute and he never answered so I automatically won. Just baffles me how someone like that stays in business.
