Actually we have an entire section for this called the octagon. We have not published any user behavior rules, yet. I've been in the process of drafting some behavioral guidelines which shouldn't prevent anyone from expressing their opinion civily.

I have to say. It is rather fun to use the poop emoji in appropriate situations such as this.
