335xi - Possible Worm Gear Failure?

2009 335xi 6MT.

Went to do some logging and broke all 4 at around 3500. I let out of it and decided to retry. When I started another pull, at around 3000 rpm I got the AWD, DSC, ABS malfunction and lights on the cluster. I pulled over and turned car off. I was getting no codes for it. After letting it sit couple minutes I turned it back on and they were gone. So I tried another pull and same thing happened.

If I do a scan with INPA would I get more information? Or is this a solid indicator of the bad xfer case actuator worm gear?

UPDATE: I took off the actuator motor to the transfer case and took a look inside. Everything is metal and no plastic gear found. Everything looked good. So I put it back together.

I decided to run INPA (I KNOW, I should have did this first) and seen front left wheel speed sensor code. So I pulled it out and cleaned it. If I get it back I will replace it.
