I had seen that some people were putting their 335d snorkel on the 335i when they had passenger side intakes. I got the snorkel here:

The only issue I have is that the "Suction Hood, Front" Part #: 13717541738 doesn't fit with the snorkel (Suction, Hood) properly. I've checked the part numbers and they match up, the snorkel is just too wide or the front piece is too narrow(Although it fits my normal snorkel).

It's tight but it fits; I just did this. Try fitting it outside of the radiator support & use a heat gun to warm up the 335i half. Once inserted, let it cool & then retry through radiator support (probably still will take some finesse). OR take some 180 grit & knock down the sharp edges. Edges are what is catching.

I've got a heat gun. Maybe I'll try that first.

So it doesn't bolt up perfectly? Interested to find a fix.
I can see the heat coming out of my hood from the top mount and I'm sure this would help at least a little.

It fits w/ no modification. The 335d half plastic is stiff & has never been fit into anything. There are sharp edges from the molds that hang up easily. Just takes a little patience & pay attention to where/why it is catching.
