SOLVED 29E1 and P0174 - Post cat o2 sensors - INPA vid

Why are the voltages on the post-cat 02's oscillating? Last row in the video. Vehicular DIY shows his voltage stable @ 0.42 V on both banks.

This log is a closed-loop cold start then switching to sensors.

Because of catalyst diagnostic. Your tuner needs to disable it if you are catless or your AFRs will just bounce around like that all the time.
