I’ve had a N54 for over a year and for the life of me can never get the car to run at 100%.. from oil leaks from turbo seals pcv fueling.. well I finally am close but can’t seem to figure out why I’m not hitting target boost. I’ve done every regular boost leak test.. all new lines solenoids checked all connections..
1. Cp installed new o ring re tightened coupler
2. Checked from cp to cold side Intercooler. O ring was good no leaks is stock plastic piece just ordered arms couplers.
3. Had the wrong clip on hot side to outlet on Intercooler. Put new one in with new o ring is in snugged no leak. Also stock plastic which is a bit mangled because the after market outlets don’t line up perfect with arms Intercooler it’s maybe 1/4 inch off but not enough that it can’t fit on.
4. Brand new vcg
The car has upgraded turbos frankens bi turbo under 500 miles on them. Car also has twin 450s with Hobbs switch along with port injection 750cc injectors.
Tuner said he wants to dial car in here’s the last log. I look at others with similar set ups who have much less wgdc and hit target… what in the world can it be.. any info please feel free.
