I’ve had a N54 for over a year and for the life of me can never get the car to run at 100%.. from oil leaks from turbo seals pcv fueling.. well I finally am close but can’t seem to figure out why I’m not hitting target boost. I’ve done every regular boost leak test.. all new lines solenoids checked all connections..

1. Cp installed new o ring re tightened coupler
2. Checked from cp to cold side Intercooler. O ring was good no leaks is stock plastic piece just ordered arms couplers.
3. Had the wrong clip on hot side to outlet on Intercooler. Put new one in with new o ring is in snugged no leak. Also stock plastic which is a bit mangled because the after market outlets don’t line up perfect with arms Intercooler it’s maybe 1/4 inch off but not enough that it can’t fit on.
4. Brand new vcg

The car has upgraded turbos frankens bi turbo under 500 miles on them. Car also has twin 450s with Hobbs switch along with port injection 750cc injectors.

Tuner said he wants to dial car in here’s the last log. I look at others with similar set ups who have much less wgdc and hit target… what in the world can it be.. any info please feel free.

I have a customer who's franken turbos just took a shit on him. He either blew the wasegate flapper off or the turbine wheel into his secondary cats

Fuel trims are a little off but I am assuming you need to tweek the PI map a little. You are getting lots of timing corrections though. How is the fuel you are running?

You should show a log of the VANOS, this can affect WGDC needed for boost. Are you on stock heads/cams?
Yeah I am I did have a giant problem a few weeks ago I thought I had cam wear on my ledges I replaced all sensors and codes haven’t returned.

Anything anyone says here is stepping on their toes. If you're paying someone to do work but relaying free (unsubstantiated) internet advice to them ...

Ohh no I absolutely do I’m just curious if my wgdc seems a bit high for the amount of boost I’m making.

WGDC seems fairly normal to me, I cant say if the frankens are much more different from chinese specials I had but by the specs they cant be too far off. I think I ran about 65-70WGDC to get 25 PSI
