After a talk with Peter Bondar I decided to also order the Conti SC7 tyres in 245/35R19 for the front and 275/30R19 for the back, they are on 19x8,5 ET35 (with 8mm spacer) rims in the front and 19x9,5 ET44(with a10mm spacer) in the back. It fits but there is not much room left. And like Peter predicted the steering feel got a bit heavier then before but I don't mind that. I went straight from my winter tyres to this, so the difference in grip and steering feel is huge.
Below are some pictures.

Ps I did a emergency brake test on a quiet road, damn the car now really brakes like a sports-car.šŸ¤©

Here you can see the difference between my new conti summer tyre in 245/35 on the left and my kumho winter tyre in 235/35. Both are on 19x8,5 ET35 rims, for the front.

This is a bigger difference, for the rear I went from 245/35 (Kumho, winter tyre) to 275/30(Conti summer tyre). The size of the rims is again the same 19x9,5 but there is a difference in ET values. The winter rims are ET40 and the summer are ET44.

And a picture from the back, here you can see the width off the tyres the best.
