Drag, wanted to go +.8° but the suspension wouldn't let me go beyond 0°0° camber, curious, why?

I'm looking into getting new tires here soon. Probably going to go with Michelin Pilot super sports. What's the biggest tires I can run on sport suspension without rubbing? My rims are BMW style 197 "BBS"

REAR: 18x8.5 ET37

I wanna say 275rears for LCI sedans in terms of tires in general without rolling, I think the coupes can go more aggressive.
But on the wheels you have I personally wouldn't go more than 265, personal preference.
I'm sure others can chime in with better and more solid info.
And my personal preference? What's the issue with going bigger? My car i is an 07 pre Lci e92
