I'm sure you have explained this previously so apologies in advance - but what specifically would be 'missing' from this kit vs the full build?

Put another way, if a shop were to drop these in to an otherwise stock 6AT, any sense of what one could reasonably expect in terms of torque capability?

Every time I like up my 6MT swap, this creeps back up in my head.

The only other things I would add to this kit would be a ZF Overhaul kit and upgraded race bushings, both of which are included in the full builds by EuroTrans in addition to a fully upgraded and overhauled torque converter.

Regarding other shops, I really can't predict or assume what just dropping these in will do to the overall system, which is why I am still suggesting to send your stock unit with this kit to EuroTrans. Although, this kit gives you the freedom to do what you like, just be aware of the risks associated with getting another shop to do it and make sure they are capable.

I called Euro Trans yesterday and was told $2650 for the rebuild if I provided the friction material.
