Trying to open a .MHD file with Tuner Pro

I was trying to open one of my old tunes with Tuner Pro, and all the values show up as zero whether I open the .MHD file or rename it to .BIN

Is there a trick, file conversion process, or is my tune locked?

Edit: nvm .MHD means it's locked
