So guys I went over to Daves shop right last night and burned some midnight methanol with him fitting and stuff like that and talking about somethings the n54 community needs and wants.. Anyways he gave me permission to post up some teaser pics.. Some of you guys may recognize the design.. Its a V2 let's say of probably the most wanted exhaust for our cars.. There will be a few revisions to the design you see and I'm trying to talk him into slip joints for the last rear section to ease install.. Let Dave know what you think and as always constructive criticism is always welcome!

Midpipe is the only hold up.. final fitting and hopefully bolt up a final product..
^ What he said

Progress is slower than we hoped but we've made what we feel are some good improvements to an already great setup. We moved the flex-joint out of the single midpipe and up to the front section. This will give more ground clearance at the lowest portion of the exhaust.

And I think @Bmwfixerguy1 has convinced us to make the tailpipes slip joints so custom tip/tailpipe options will be as easy as purchasing a 90 mandrel bend, cutting to length and slipping together.

The midpipe is being jigged and fabb'd now. Then we wrap up the rear section changes and go to production!

Glad it's coming along! I had a VRSF V1 exhaust and clearance/fitment was definitely an issue. Hoping for another exhaust of the same style but a little louder so I'm excited for the two new systems coming to market.

I'm running an ATM I/C on my 335is. I've been happy with it, been pushing 470rwhp at 19psi for a while now.

How obnoxious is it and what about high way drone ;)

I think my exhaust is already pretty loud with the single turbo and real PE mufflers. I am worried a 3.5'' might be too loud...

Hopefully you have Instagram check my link below. Highway drone is not terrible, but I can't emphasize how incredible this exhaust sounds. This is not some cheap cut your mufflers raspy Honda exhaust. 3.5" piping gives it a perfect tone through the entire rpm range
