Stumble/stutter on up shift

Just wondering if someone could have a look at these logs and let me know if everything looks ok. Best way to describe what I feel is a stuttering when upshifting or hovering around 3 or 4000 and then flooring it or full throttle high rpm shifts.Thanks

ever figured the issue out? I am having an identical issue, tried replacing the valve cover but that did not work. thanks
