most likely a hardware issue, not mhd+.
Bank 2 not getting enough fuel and/or o2 sensor.
Just looking at the color of the plug helps, e.g. if one of the bank2 plugs is quite white or lean, that injector is the issue. conversely for rich, which happens when neighboring cylinders in a bank compensate
