Looking at these issues, and the lack of interest in the Fuel it CPI offering (along with the price) I dont see why anyone wouldnt just go with the VTT single barrel at this point

I was interested by this but then the price seemed excessive so I was holding back. Now with all these issues I'll pass.

Um what? LOL. The shotgun is considerably more than you are saying, but I am sure you can design one, and release it if it is simply 2 rollers on an axis. Also, increase in pressure? You understand pressure, and flow are related yes, but 2 separate things. The stock pump can produce full pressure at idle if you simply open the valve. This is a positive displacement pump so the important factor is RPM, spin it faster it flows more fuel. This is NOT pressure related, but you I'm sure you knew all that since you seem so knowledgable on the topic to inform people how the upgrade works...👍

Does anyone have recent logs of the 3X and 4X? I would like to see some updates on how these units are performing and what type of limits we can expect. There has not been much posted lately. Most likely because it is winter but someone has to be running this somewhere right now.

Be nice to hear some updated feedback on the bracket as well. I don't think there has been any reported issues since.

This response is really annoying to digest ... and sadly 100% on point in my experience.

I think the price point for both the VTT and Helix stuff is quite on point and reasonable. Development, production, blah blah ... as usual people that don't create stuff for others' consumption often don't understand the cost of bringing a product to market and supporting it. I've got $1k worth of junkyard S55 dual HPFP equipment waiting for us to maybe pull off an N54 solution for that. And that was a deal. So I spent $1k to earn that opinion. Not keyboard warrioring. My point being that these solutions are the kind of price I'd expect based on alternatives and real-world experience.

If someone has an alternative opinion BASED ON EXPERIENCE not keyboard fiction, I'd love to hear it!

Winter ethanol sucks can't find a pump with more than e70, . According to my tuner the max ethanol I can run on the Helix 3x is e50, I can run more but I'll have to watch fuel pressure. Flex fuel tune with MMP stage 3, dual 450s and supporting mods. Bracket was perfect fitment for me, no problems.
According to Virtual Dyno I have 515 whp and 612 wtq on mustang dyno with smoothing at 5 with e64.
550whp and 642 wtq on e60 same setting, don't know how accurate it is tho.

Honestly seems a little low as far as power to HPFP ratio. We recently made close to 650WHP on E70 Flex map Single barrel only with a PFS double shot on the low side running through the factory FPR, and driver siphon. Fuel in the logs looked perfect. This is completely stock motor, stock head, stock intake manifold, etc. You should be able to run quite a bit more than 550WHP on E70 with a 3X Helix as the shotgun is also spinning the pump 3X, but you should be running the upgraded VCV tables they help quite a bit.

He might not reply in a way that rubs people right but he has extensive knowledge about the system and has done a lot of r&d in the matter. I think its good to have opposing opinion on this and not just a lot of people spouting out about things they have learned on youtube.

I actually couldn’t agree more on the fact that there is a lot of knowledge at VTT. They really have no need to post in this thread at all, the only reason is to Boast and push there product over this one. Boasting about there own achievements is all well and good, but keep it in a thread related to there products. I am stating a fact that if anyone posts a competitor dyno or talks shit about there product they are swiftly removed from the thread.

He is not shitting on the product he is simply stating that he should be able to run way more power running the helix since the shotgun spins at the same rate and made more power.

He posted a graph to show him what he should expect to get in terms of power from the helix.

Everybody knows not all people can run a shotgun due to limitations of certain cars like xi and active steering and this product is needed if done properly and time will tell if it is.

Its more of a dig at his tuner more than anything.

Going to upgrade my stock spark plugs to ngk 97506 and hope that takes care of those corrections.
