sometimes the vac pump can last over 1 month before crack without bracket...
I will order it I really want to be safe and I dont know if it will not work for 1 day if I dont install it. Well see. I am sure spool bracket will be good too. The gdautomotive has his for 2 months no issues and on 4x. Pretty sure it will work for me.

This is typical when you rush a product through and don't do enough testing for long term conditions.
Yes it can pump more fuel but the longevity was overlooked. I was concerned about the longevity of running a hpfp essentially 3 or 4 times longer/harder than normal. I'm glad I waited as I was itching to buy it.
The fact it's failing like it is, is very concerning.
The solution is dampening, balancing and proper support/mounting but that should have been in place before all customers became lemmings jumping off a cliff.

Just look at how many people that own modified 335s pay mechanics to do their basic installs. When a user base is so inept, it’s no surprise that they’ll all make rash and uninformed decisions.

Guys why is you crying. It just needs a solid bracket to hold it in place that's it! I ordered mine from the shop in Texas and I am not even worried. I have a friend running helix from the first batches and ran 10s already @darkknighte92 on Instagram without any brackets or even billet plate!!!! The bracket fixed the issue for sure.

All of these guys have every right to be pissed about the product. If I knew that the product may potentially crack the vacuum housing, I wouldn't have bought one just yet until all of the issues were ironed out. I am now curious as to how these beta testers didn't run into these issues or mention the horrible noise it makes.

I personally have a bracket along with the billet vacuum cover, but only time will tell if this is really a solution or just a band aid temporary fix.

I know I know bro. Somewhat I do understand ofcourse. Good thing I just bought the helix. I imagine it did create some issues for people. How long you running the bracket? You got the gdautomotive one? I think theres nothing to break anymore. Bracket holds it in place very good. It takes away the vibration. which was the biggest problem that cracked everything.

I haven't had the chance to put it the gdo bracket in just yet. My car is having issues that I need to fix first before I start pushing it with the overdrive (it's smoking alot).

What’s your engineering background, or your source that has quantitative proof of this?

This is really worrying that people are willing to risk their cars running this product that is proven to fail and could potentially hurt or kill someone and they are trying to convince
themselves and others otherwise the fix is a bracket but its only a band aid solution.

Seriously what is wrong with some people, this is unacceptable on any level.

This problem is not going to go away you have to fix the root of the problem and that is the overdive.

What do you mean?? And the others that commented before you. What background you need if you can hold the unit and feel a crazy vibration without any bracket, then install the bracket and hold it again and not feel the vibration??? What more do you need!!! It doesn't remove the breaks too it just takes the brake assistance. Ask @darkknighte92 he has a helix from months back before the billet plate. Still got the metal plate and no brackets. Runs 10s.
