Single turbo Blues... Please help

I’ve attached my log here. I have a On3 single kit on my 07 335. I cannot hit target boost no matter what I do. I leak tested the car, replaced the MAC solenoid, and replaced my o2 sensors with VTT Venturi o2 bungs (so I quit burning through sensors). Any suggestions? I noticed my wastegate had play back and forth so replaced the clamp with a lot meaner one, and I have a genuine Tial wastegate instead of the on3 wastegate they provide. Help is much appreciated I have been fighting this issue for a while

I noticed that my WGDC immediately drops in my log. And this is way before it reaches anywhere close to target (DWP set at 75 also).

whats the tial spring rates?

Are you using a BoostBox? If so try a MBC to see if you can build boost
