All shotgun users start out with the "single" shotgun. The double shotgun people just have a second pump kick in later.

I have the double shotgun but currently run the single pump on E54. Haven't had a whole lot of luck due to my car giving me issues, but what would you like to know?

I like to know how much whp can single shotgun support on e70, e60, e54, etc. Where are limits. I know about 600whp on E85.

I've found this answer depends on who you ask, and what mods they have. But I've heard reports of hitting 700whp with a built top end. @Erichale77

But there are probably a half dozen people on here that report well into the 600's with a single shotgun.

Thanks. My mods are single turbo FP3586HTA. My target is around 650whp@27psi. I like idea of shotgun more than PI, so I want to know if single shotgun is sufficient. And second problem is, that I don't know, if E70 or E60 can handle so much boost with 10.2 CR.

I don't think that your goal of 650WHP would be hard to reach at all with a single shotgun with any blend of ethanol. I posted dyno of my car hitting 852WHP on E85 with one HPFP running on my double shotgun set up but I am also running PI and have a fully built motor with cams and custom IM and bottom mount twin scroll mani. The only problem I encountered was that my stage 3 LPFP couldn't keep up with fuel demands. I'm in the process of upgrading LPFP set up and new line to correct that problem.

Are you planning on Selling your stage 3 LPFP?

Careful with some of the single shotgun numbers out there -often times they're run either very lean, or at altitude and heavily corrected numbers. Uncorrected we usually see right around (or a little under) 600ish whp on a single barrel running 100% E85 before pressure drops, but this depends on tune, A/F ratio, etc. Obviously E blends will help this quite a bit. We never recommend completely maxing your fueling system -good practice to leave some margin in all components.

All true. But my engine and set up is one of a kind. Tony is familiar with it. It did start to lean out past 850 so we decided to turn it back down until a proper fuel set up is installed. But I still believe OP's goal of 650 is obtainable with a single shotgun set up on an ethanol blend.
