S55 intake manifold removal

I'm swapping in an EOS intake manifold, which I bought from a fellow enthusiast a couple years ago. Anyone know of some decent intake manifold removal instructions?

Finally updating this. Time and patience, as with most DIY car work, was required. A pal came over to 'supervise' & having 4 hands was helpful. Out with the old, in with the new wasn't as difficult as I'd anticipated. End result is the EOS part in place w/port injection & the car making decent power.

The EOS stuff fits nicely in my experience, that's the beauty of cast parts, they are identical.
