Rear power distribution block

I don't know if this is the right place to post this ... but ...

I need to pull power for two small amplified subwoofers. The Z4 (like the E8x E9x) has a nice power distribution block (PDB) in the back. I have one open slot, which has a spade. I'd love to pull power for my amplified subs by purchasing a PDB connector and wiring into the PDB. Couple questions:
1) has any one done this before? Any issues?
2) Is each "channel" in the PDB fused, or just a central fuse?
3) If each channel is fused, how do I figure out what the amperage rating is?

If this matters I'm looking at installing a 10g wire and a total max draw of 30A.

FWIW, I've been digging through the TIS to see if I can find it, but no luck thus far.

Found this on the E90 (at least for the p/n listed). Z4 is going to be different (it's never the same, dammit), but thematically should be the same.

Should anyone need to feel pity on me to set me on my way, this is Z4Life:

• RealOEM shows the power distribution block, but the diagram does not represent what it actually looks like in my car. Figures.
• RealOEM does not show connectors and spades available for the Z4 distro block, but it does for the E90 ... and from photos, they look like the same exactly design, just slightly different overall packaging.

Take a photo of your distribution block. I have done this for my AMP as well, but I used a premade cable setup by Technic. They are slotted in different ways, so its kind of tricky. You need to look inside to see which type you need, at least I did when I was plugging into a slot which had a pin inside.

Technic's site where he sells those PnP harness does describe the difference better than I can.

Thanks Tyler. I received the connector and the female spade today. I'll follow up with some photos once I have it all worked out.
