Only if using the stock N54 head though, right? I believe fillipo has expressed interest in the N53 head which if he orderes would mean he'd also have larger exhaust manifolds.
No N53 for me right now, though yes very interested.

My PSP outlets for my mmp s3's came in the other day but I've been so busy I haven't even been able to open up the box yet. After reading this thread, I will check it out tonight.....

Looks like the manufacturer may have first swaged the tube, then bent it, rather than bending first, then swaging. Grabbing the swaged end to bend it could cause the deformation you’re seeing. o_O

^or like an attempted bead roll without enough clearance (not saying it isnt what you just said @Jeffman, just a hypothesis on my end). A handheld bead roller might put that all back into shape FWIW. or some vice grip's with some sockets tacked on ;)

Actually hard to see in my photo, but where mine has the outer bend, it seems to have no bead roll. No idea what happened. Didn't hear back today, so sent another follow-up this evening.

Yikes, between yours and @fmorelli 's, I don't blame people for passing right now or being skeptical. Like I said my customer service interaction with PSP hasn't been the best, but I really wish I could find the pics of my S3 outlets because they looked like they were genuinely made with high quality and care in mind - no deformations, nice and smooth merge and smooth insides, quality welds etc. I wonder if he changed fabricators or something, which could explain the long period of being out of stock. I know he was also very upset about VRSF mimicking his design so maybe he started outsourcing or made a switch in order to make production numbers higher?

I've got a set of turbos coming that need these so I don't know what to do, might have to just go with VRSF if these aren't going to be usable

No bead, and on the inside radius. The bead is what makes the seal. I've asked for a return shipping label.

PSPs from earlier this year. This was the second set I bought to try and get to work with 1Ks. The first set looked the same. Round openings, but no bead rolled on 25%.

They are otherwise a work of art. Not sure what is going on in this case, but given the high level of quality of this outlet, I hope they resolve.

Looks like it is not an anomaly, at least for the PSP/MMP supported outlet offering. Perhaps it was some limitation set forth on the particular design, or just some under thought on what was considered to be a much more limited producing production run? Just a shame that trying to support another limited product like this can turn into such a headache for PSP, but yeah those Swage/Beadrolls are not looking too grand and need some help. If anyone is of the DIY type though there are ways to fix it, such as grinding up your own tool (ie. vice grips) or following through with other techniques such as this:
https://www.e90post.com/forums/showpost.php?p=23682567&postcount=141

Of course it would take some time and shouldn't otherwise be an expectation- but could benefit everyone in the end.

Good point, @Rob@RBTurbo, and hopefully a good tip if others have them. If I was to use them, I'd want a bead all around, since the bead creates the seal by design.

In my case, this just accelerated @barry@3DM schedule on making the stainless steel outlet for the road course track kit he's developing. Since I'm going to be E90 orientation with the turbos, Barry will design up both a 2" coupler solution and a stock v-band solution.

Which outlet did you end up using with the 1K's?
