Precision Raceworks is proud to announce another modular fuel pump design. As always we strive for building quality into the design and ensure we allow for maximum adaptability for our customers.

We do not have a current release date yet as we are finishing machining over the next few weeks but wanted to start a thread sharing upcoming product information about this new F-series fuel pump system. We will be sharing testing information and additional information as well in this thread over the next couple months as we move into production.

These are still in development we are machining our first round of Alpha Test units at this time and will be finishing machining over the next few weeks. As things complete we will be posting photos and test results. We will show install/fitment photo's as things progress as well.

So in conjunction with the LPFP upgrade how are you able to support E85 100% with just the LPFP upgrade? Is the new maximum or targeted pressure that intense that it can keep up and not strain the HPFP? If so, I'll put a down payment on this xD but.. More or less just curious what kind of pressure levels we are looking at with this. Also, any ideas on pricing?

I think this only fits F chassis, I'm not quite sure but I think the Flex Fuel announcement applied to N54 only, so that would be an E chassis thing only thing I think. PR already has a fuel pump for that application however.

Yeah you're right, I was actually looking at these the other day on their site and got this thread confused is all. What lpfp does PR recommend for full e85 use?

Well I think all the kits are using the same thing which is just the walbro, it's simply a matter of how many and packaging you've got to choose from.

Thanks Doublespaces, that is correct all of our pumps we sell are 100% E85 compliant.

Thought we would share a few more photo's of a partially assembled pump. Still waiting on machining of other components of the bucket assembly. Once the pressure plate is in for the assembly we will be able to run flow testing and report numbers of what can be expected for output on this pump setup as Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4. As you can see this is a very well thought out design which will install like factory in the F series cars.

Looks like a great product. Just a few questions, how will the other 2 pumps be triggered.
Also one issue with the walbro 450 pumps is that it draw more current then the stock bosch pump which causes the EPK control module to overheat at times and the effect is that cylinder injection will be shut and the car wont start for a few minutes, did you find a fix for this issue.
Will be really good if this has been addressed because this will solve f series fueling if this pump is combined with a port injection kit etc..

THAT is Not a bad idea....I'm sure some here either owned an S54 powered E46 M3 or admired it before acquiring there current N54/55

We are currently running behind on everything, we have so many new products we are releasing so please bare with us as updates might be a little slow. We currently have our two beta pumps ready minus the mount for the fuel float which we expect to come in with other products of ours next week. For now we were able to do a complete assembly and test fit without the fuel float mount and must say everything fits beautiful. Stay tuned we will continue to provide even more photo's and information. We were unable to finish flow testing as we ran out of power on the power supply we use and will need to get a lager power supply but are currently at over 3gph at 70psi which well exceeds market needs at this time. Unless someone else releases a new F series pump to market this will be the only setup for M3/M4 that is actually E85 compliant, and by far outflows anything else on the market. Hopefully we can get these out soon to our Beta testers and get even more feedback so we can kick off production soon. I am sure we will run a pre-order special as well for those interested please contact us to make sure you are notified when it occurs.
