Hey i just replied to your post in my thread but i'll post it here aswel..

For my simple bottom mount.. all the things i can think of that i used to make this happen;

Turbo, wastegate and other supportive mods
-JB4 boost controller with MHD backend (2step/NLS, HMD supportive cables, bluetooth connect and phone or tablet to log)
-JB4 connect MAC solenoid
-3.5bar tmap sensor + harness
-Precision 6466 gen2 ball bearing divided T4 with 1.0A/R exhaust housing and 3-5/8" discharge
-Precision 46mm wastegate (springs and flanges are included)
-4" turbo guard
-VRSF chargepipe with Tial BOV
-CCC Single mass flywheel
-550i clutch (not sure if this will do but i've seen it on many hybrid N54 with no issues)
-Wagner EVO2 intercooler
-Vader Solutions PCV delete + breather system
-Titanium turbo blanket
-Oil pan gasket while you're there
-Valve cover gasket while you're there

Fittings for drain, feed, vacuum and other small parts
-2 x coolant plugs from ACF
-Single turbo oil feed adapter from ACF + 1/8NPT to 4AN adapter fitting
-2 x exhaust gaskets for downpipe to exhaust
-T4 divided gasket
-Oil drain fitting for the oil pan, which i had to make myself due to poor flow otherwise.
-Something to plug the remaining oil drain hole, i used a 19mm freeze plug.
-Oil feed for turbo, 1/8NPT to 4AN 90° fitting + 4AN push lock fittings for lines.
(6466 don't need oil feed restrictor, it's already in there)
-Oil drain for turbo, 10AN fitting with an O-ring imbedded in there so no need for typical gasket + 10AN screw lock
fittings for lines.
-10AN enforced silicone drain line
-4AN enforced feed line
-2 x 6mm vacuum fittings for mac solenoid (i used 6mm screw locks or whatever they are called..)
-1 x vacuum fitting for compressor housing in desired size (i used 6mm push lock)
-2 x 90° push lock fittings on wastegate 6mm
-1 x screw lock T vacuum fitting 6mm
-6mm enforced vacuum lines
-Roll of heatshield tape
-Different sizes of heat sleeves for drain, feed and waterpump lines
-Box of different sized O-rings. Just because!

Manifold
-RB flange
-T4 divided flange
-7 x 1-1/2" Schedule 40 long radius 90° elbows 304 (1 for dump tube)
-2 x 1-1/2" schedule 40 Tee 304 (those T shaped parts)
-2 x M18x1.5 02 saddled sensor bungs 304

Dowpipe
-3-5/8" turbo discharge flange + clamp (depending on your exhaust side of turbo)
-3" 2 foot long pipe 304
-3" flex bellow 304
-3" 180° degree mandrel bend 304
-3" to 2x2,5" Y pipe 304 pre-welded to make things easy
-2 x 2,5" exhaust flanges to connect to original exhaust
-2 x M18x1.5 02 saddled sensor bungs 304-3" V-band flanges with clamp to make the downpipe in 2 pieces..

Even tho i'm not gonna make it in 2 pieces because it seems so pointless on such a short downpipe on a bottom mount..
I rather replace the V-band flanges with the flex part because otherwise i won't have any room at all for the flex bellow. (downpipe makes a small jump over motor mount)
I don't want my exhaust to stress the bolts on my turbine housing causing my turbine wheel hitting the housing itself overtime.

Turbo compressor outlet to intercooler
-2,5" cast aluminum 90° elbow to weld on compressor outlet
-2,5" aluminum pipe 1 meter long
-2,5" silicone couplers in the angles and quantities you desire + clamps of course.

Coolant pipe
-Coolant pipe flange, aluminum on ebay.
-Coolant flange gasket
-2 x aluminum 90° pipes 35mm
-135° 35mm silicone coupler hose, to connect coolant pipe to waterpump

Most of the manifold and downpipe parts come from ACE raceparts..

Not to be rude but if you have to ask, piecing together a turbo kit might not be the best option for you. A premade kit with everything proven to work might save you some head aches down the line and get your install done in a weekend and not in a month. Just a thought.

You will not regret going single. Never have wastegate rattle again? Priceless.

the reason is that I have a 535i, no kit that exists at the moment

Gotcha. Best of luck. @island road mocked my ACF/VM ST 6466 and it seemed to fit fine on a 535, you do have to relocate some things etc. He could better explain everything you would have to do to make the VM/ACF kit fit.

I wouldn't recommend piecing together a kit on this platform. This isn't a Honda. If you're a short on cash you can order the on3 kit without the turbo and wastegate. Borgwarner s257 sx-e with a vband inlet will run you about $750 and the 44mm tial wastegate will run you about 350. For $3500 you'll have a kit that works and you aren't waiting 6 months to get in your hands. The other option would Doc Race 6266 gen 1 kit at $4600. Those would be the least expensive and least amount of wait time.

Edit: I didnt know you had 535i.....Those kit i mention will fit but you're going to have to relocate somethings. You might be better off going MMP 1K or VTT GC route.

something like this?

1. Turbo (could be this one possibly?)http://www.atpturbo.com/info/gtw3884.html $1539.00
2. Wastegate or Wastegate's + wastegate/s dump + lines and fittings (I guess it depends on the setup)
https://www.jegs.com/i/Precision-Turbo/234/PBO085-2000J/10002/-1 $350
3. Turbo Manifold (Probably the hardest thing to accomplish on the e60)
4. downpipe from turbo to factory exhaust or just dumped to atmosphere
5. Air Filter for turbo, screen or some sort of filtering system for the intake side
http://www.burgertuning.com/single_t...er_by_BMS.html $59.00
6. Outlet from turbo to Intercooler (probably custom)
7. Water pipe (not sure but I saw it somewhere)
8. Oil feed line, Oil drain block off http://www.burgertuning.com/N54_sing..._fittings.html $55.00
11. Coolant blockoffs or possibly coolant lines depending on the turbo https://www.ebay.com/i/263465476265?chn=ps $55.00
12. 3.5bar full kit http://www.burgertuning.com/JB4_upgrades.html$110.00
13. MAC Solenoid http://www.burgertuning.com/JB4_upgrades.html $49.00
14. Motiv Boost Box Solenoid
https://www.motivmotorsport.com/prod...-boost-box-bmw $200
15. Turbo Blanket $50.00 (any on ebay)
16. Exhaust Wrap $25.00 https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-DEI-TIT...ZSBV-u&vxp=mtr

The problem is you have to relocate the DSC unit. All the Manifolds fit its just the turbo going to sit where the DSC/ABS unit is.

It would have to be a custom manifold, and the only one that would look factory is a bottom mount
