New to BMW...

G'day beautiful people,
as the title says I'm new to the whole BMW experience and community.
I'm open to knowledge, connections and maybe even a Sydney weekend run or two.
I looked at 5 different vehicles before deciding and it was a close call between this and a WRX-STi.
I am more than likely wrong however there doesn't seem to be much love or interest in the 4 series after looking at different "beemer " enthusiast forums.

I purchased it stock standard, low Klms. I've had the cat changed to a 200cell, installed alloy charge pipes, cold air intake and some eibach springs? I searched high and low for the F36, practical to have a 4 door, I'm not sure why I settled on a 4 over a 3 or 5 but so far so good.
